Thunder is blowing in. I love it. Summer storms, blasts of breeze, happily hydrated plants, refreshed soil & people.
In this photo Kevin has dived off a 30 ft. platform while a Kakchiquel crabber watches in the distance. Hearing the quiet rumbles of the storm drifting in reminded me of San Marcos, Guatemala, of bright colors & quiet afternoons.
I've spent the day taking care of business. After two years of lots of yoga teaching I finally registered with Yoga Alliance. Turns out I had enough on-going education & teaching hours to become an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. It's great because it means there's a body that recognizes the steps I've taken to educate myself & offer a safe & solid practice to my students.
Feeling summer storms & a sense of accomplishment I'm beginning to trepidatiously note balance. It's an on-going effort but something I didn't previously realize. All things in their time. Relinquishing the fruits of labor, practice, and all is coming.
I'm proud to have my legs in that beautiful photo-nice post!
